How do I know if my order has shipped

Sign In to your account, and click the Account link at the top of our site. From there you can view details about your order status. You'll also receive an email from us when your order has shipped, which will include detailed tracking information.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email confirmation from us when your order has shipped, including your tracking information. You can also log in to your Account page to view the updated tracking information.

I made a mistake or gave some wrong information on my order. Can I change or correct it?

Due to our same-day or next business day shipping, we can only change your order up to 12 pm CST on the next business day. After your order has been shipped and left our facility we are unable to make any additional changes or revisions.

My order never arrived. Please help!
